What are cardboard dividers?
Cardboard dividers are corrugated partitions placed inside a box to create separate cells or compartments. They keep individual products apart so they don’t knock together, scratch or break in transit. They’re also called partitions, cell dividers or grid dividers.
Can dividers be supplied already assembled?
Yes. This is what sets us apart. We can supply your dividers already constructed and ready to pack, so your team doesn’t spend time folding and slotting them together by hand. We also supply flat-packed if you’d rather assemble in-house.
Do assembled dividers really save money if they cost more per unit?
Often, yes. A flat-packed divider has a lower unit price, but every one has to be hand-assembled before packing, which adds labour time to every order. For higher volumes and repeat runs, supplied-assembled dividers usually work out cheaper once you account for that labour. We’ll help you compare.
Are dividers custom-made to fit my box and product?
Yes. We manufacture every divider to the exact internal dimensions of your carton and the shape of your product, so items sit snugly and don’t move in transit.
What materials are dividers made from?
Most are made from corrugated cardboard. We can discuss options where the application calls for it, and they can be plain or printed.
