If you require a custom box to suit your products a die (mould) is usually required and hence a one-off setup cost is payable. The same goes for custom printing (print plates) are required hence one-off set-up cost.

Tooling charges are the one-off cost of making the required cutting and printing tools for making your packaging in a particular custom shape, size and design. The tools are often the print plates and die cut knife. On some occasions we are able to wave of the tooling charges if the first order quantity is of a certain volume.
Have a close look at what you are currently using to ensure the packaging is not too strong or complicated for the required product. Consider your procurement. If you are buying multiple packaging products from multiple suppliers, then it would be best to consolidate suppliers for better pricing. You could also consider transport and storage of packaging products. Are you asking for frequent deliveries or having your goods be stored with your supplier? Yes, All printing is available on the inside lid of the box in Flexo (up to 4 Pantone colors).

As a wholesaler, our minimum order is 250 pieces for any orders of items we hold in stock.
For custom made cartons our minimum order quantity is generally 1000 units, subject to size.

Yes, we can transport our products with our own trucks anywhere in the Sydney Metro and Central Coast Area – provided there is truck accessibility and a forklift that is available to unload palletised stocks.

Fonts: Convert your fonts to outlines. If you want us to typeset / edit, please send all font suitcases used in artwork in MAC format.

Of course the more you buy the less per grouped quantity it will be. As for producing new products, the longer the run size the better the price per unit, so we can pass the savings on to you.
This is dependent on the size of your cartons. But we will make sure it is the most possible to minimise your freight costs. We are also able to limit the height to suit special requirements. E.g. Pallet racking systems, Interstate freight etc.
